Executive Assistant

  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
  • Work alongside HR to arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as staff appreciation events.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

  • Must possess the ability to work with senior managers across the Group.
  • Excellent PC skills # with high proficiency in Word and Excel.

  • High level of competency in communication, both written and oral, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as with minimal supervision Work well under pressure and have the ability to prioritize and multitask.
