Executive Assistant

Job Role 

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Responsibilities
► Calendar & travel management for executives
► Aid executive in preparing for meetings
► Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
► Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
► Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
► Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
► Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
► Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
► Work closely with the executives to convert their thoughts into actions.

Job requirements
► Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2 or more years of experience working as an EA
► Ability to maintain work flow in a fast-paced environment
► Willing to work with all levels of internal management and utilize internal resources
► Hands on experience with MS Office
► Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
► Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
► Strong written and verbal communication skills
► Assist colleagues whenever necessary
► Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
