J2102 – Admin Executive (1-5 Yrs Experience)

Job Summary: Constelli has an immediate opening in Hyderabad for a full-time Admin Executive role, with functional areas in office administration, Inventory management, Logistics management and HR.

Key Responsibilities of the job include:
Manage office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies
► Maintain and update company databases
► Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines
► Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and handovers
► Coordinate and follow-up with vendors and clients to track and ensure timely logistics
► Support recruitments by coordinating with applicants and placement coordinators by scheduling interviews

Requirements:
► 1-5 Years of Office Administration/ HR/ Operations
► BBA/ MBA or any relevant graduation
► Verbal and written communication skills of polite and professional proficiency
► Hands on experience with Microsoft Office 365 (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, etc, preferably)
► Proficiency in handling office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
► Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
► Solid knowledge of office procedures
► Attention to detail
► Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
