Procurement Executive

Procurement Executive is responsible for the process of acquiring goods or services required by their organization.

Job Summary:
As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from E2E, ensuring that the organization obtains high-quality goods and services at the best possible prices. Must collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies to meet those requirements. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.

Key Responsibilities of the Job includes:
► Develop and implement procurement strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.
► Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
► Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms and conditions.
► Manage the procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, monitoring supplier deliveries, and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
► Foster positive relationships with suppliers through effective communication and emotional intelligence in a process-driven procurement environment.
► Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
► Evaluate supplier performance and develop improvement plans as needed.
► Analyze market trends and benchmark pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
► Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
► Provide guidance and support to other departments on procurement-related matters.
► Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new procurement technologies.

Requirements:
► 3+ Years of Proven experience in procurement, preferably in a similar job or industry.
► Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
► Proficient in generating detailed reports with a keen eye for detail.
► Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
► Strong analytical skills with a preference for data-driven decision-making.
► Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
► Comprehensive understanding of procurement regulations and best practices, with a commitment to adherence.
