KSS 3: Process Excellence

On 24th October 2024, Prem led an insightful session on Process Excellence: Best Practices and Lessons Learned. The focus was on Lean Management, a methodology centered on delivering value, eliminating waste, and driving continuous improvement. Originally developed for manufacturing, Lean Management is now transforming industries by streamlining processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key principles discussed included identifying true customer value, mapping out every process step, ensuring a smooth workflow, pulling resources based on demand, and embracing continuous improvement through Kaizen. Tools like Kanban and 5S were highlighted as effective ways to work smarter, not harder.
