Key Responsibilities
- Study, understand, develop, and test signal processing algorithms. Develop simulation models and test benches (Verilog/VHDL).
- Implement algorithms for FPGA hardware such as Xilinx, Altera and Micro Chip and other custom FPGA Boards using RTL Coding (Verilog/VHDL).
- Hardware & Software Integration, Testing & Optimization on Hardware.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 Years of Experience in RTL Coding & Xilinx FPGA hardware.
- Knowledge of DSP & RF Concepts and Radar & EW Systems.
- Experience with defense projects & Spartan, Vertex, Kintex and Xilinx RFSoC is preferred.
- Experience in Verilog & VHDL coding is a must.
- Experience in all types of Xilinx, Altera, Lattice Semiconductor, Micro Chip and quick logic FPGA Boards.
- Experience in working and integrating with RF daughter cards, FMC cards and Custom-made RF daughter boards.
- Knowledge of Serial high speed data transfer protocols like PCIe, Aurora, 10G/25G/100G Ethernet, Serial Rapid IO and USB 3.0/3.1 protocols.
- Knowledge of parallel & memory protocols like AXI4 (AMBA), DDR4/DDR5, SRAM/LLRAM/QDR, SPI (Serial) and LVDS (Parallel).
- Knowledge of network protocols like UDP, TCP and IP.
- Knowledge of any other programming language or tool (C, C++, MATLAB, LabVIEW, etc.) will be of added value.
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Electronics & Communications with decent aggregate from reputed college/university.

- Domain knowledge, Architectures and Applications of RF Sensors: Radar, EW, Datalinks/Radios
- Understanding of RF Systems and Sub-systems, Signal Processing, and FPGA programming
- Understanding of test and measurement Instruments like Vector Signal generator and Vector Signal Analyzers, Network Analyzers, etc.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze market and competition data.
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations.
- Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
