Key Responsibilities

• Study, understand, develop, and test signal processing algorithms. Develop simulation models and test benches (Verilog/VHDL).
• Implement algorithms for FPGA hardware such as Xilinx, Altera and Micro Chip and other custom FPGA Boards using RTL Coding (Verilog/VHDL).
• Hardware & Software Integration, Testing & Optimization on Hardware.
• Cooperate & communicate effectively with the project team.
• Prepare necessary design and test documents.
• Innovate & add value to the team and organization.
• Put continual efforts to learn & adapt new technologies and grow.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 Years of Experience in RTL Coding & Xilinx FPGA hardware.
• Knowledge of DSP & RF Concepts and Radar & EW Systems.
• Experience with defense projects & Spartan, Vertex, Kintex and Xilinx RFSoC is preferred.
• Experience in Verilog & VHDL coding is a must.
• Experience in all types of Xilinx, Altera, Lattice Semiconductor, Micro Chip and quick logic FPGA Boards.
• Experience in working and integrating with RF daughter cards, FMC cards and Custom-made RF daughter boards.
• Knowledge of Serial high speed data transfer protocols like PCIe, Aurora, 10G/25G/100G Ethernet, Serial Rapid IO and USB 3.0/3.1 protocols.
• Knowledge of parallel & memory protocols like AXI4 (AMBA), DDR4/DDR5, SRAM/LLRAM/QDR, SPI (Serial) and LVDS (Parallel).
• Knowledge of network protocols like UDP, TCP and IP.
• Knowledge of any other programming language or tool (C, C++, MATLAB, LabVIEW, etc.) will be of added value.
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Electronics & Communications with decent aggregate from reputed college/university.
• Good oral & written communication skills, smart & quick learning skills.

• Use sharding and distributed database techniques for enhanced scalability.

5. Caching & Load Balancing

• Deploy Redis / Memcached / IndexedDB caching to improve database query performance.
• Implement data pre-fetching & cache invalidation strategies for real-time accuracy.
• Optimize load balancing techniques for efficient request distribution.

6. Real-Time Data Synchronization & Streaming

• Implement event-driven architectures using message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Utilize WebSockets / SignalR for real-time data synchronization.
• Optimize incremental updates instead of full data reloads for better resource efficiency.

Preferred Additional Experience

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in EE/EC/EIE
• At least 3 years of experience in the Defense industry, preferably on RADAR and EW systems working with DRDOs, DSPUs and ISRO.
• Domain knowledge, Architectures and Applications of RF Sensors: Radar, EW, Datalinks/Radios
• Understanding of RF Systems and Sub-systems, Signal Processing, and FPGA programming
• Understanding of test and measurement Instruments like Vector Signal generator and Vector Signal Analyzers, Network Analyzers, etc.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze market and competition data.
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations.
• Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
• Technical background with an understanding of engineering principles
