About the Role

As a Field Test Engineer, you are responsible for the on-site deployment, commissioning, and ongoing support of the systems. This role encompasses the installation, configuration, and validation of equipment, remote terminal units, sensors, and associated IP networks to ensure reliable data transmission. The position requires systematic troubleshooting, adherence to engineering standards, and the delivery of technical instruction to end users, with regular travel to client facilities. You will own the entire post-sales lifecycle at the customer site, from unpacking the first crate to signing off a fully commissioned system and providing ongoing support during warranty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform site surveys to validate antenna locations, power, grounding, civil works and fibre paths wherever applicable.
  • Execute system tests at the office and prepare test reports.
  • Execute factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT); obtain customer sign-off along with the engineering team.
  • Create and update field service bulletins, quick start guides and short training videos.
  • Deliver on-site or remote training to technicians on device configuration, spare-part replacement and alarm response procedures.
  • Provide root-cause analysis (RCA) reports within stipulated time for major incidents.
  • Support the engineering team for testing of the systems at office or at client-site.
  • Feed lessons learned into engineering change requests and product roadmaps.
  • Maintain accurate time & expense records, service tickets and inventory.

Required Qualifications

Qualification
  • BS or MS degree in Micro-Electronics, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • 3–7 years hands-on experience installing and commissioning Telemetry, industrial wireless or utility communications networks.
  • Proficiency with test equipment: spectrum analyzer, vector network analyzer, cable analyzer, multimeter, power meter.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs and mechanical drawings.
  • Working knowledge of RF propagation, antenna theory, IP networking (OSI layers 1–4), serial communications and industrial best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written Communication Skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of a team, taking ownership of field tasks.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure.

About the Role

As a Mixed Signal Circuit Design Engineer, you will lead the development of complex analog and digital hardware systems across all stages—from architectural specification to schematic design, PCB layout, simulation, prototyping, and validation. You will be responsible for designing high-performance mixed-signal circuits for defence-grade electronics and working collaboratively across firmware, layout, and verification teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex mixed-signal circuits including ADCs, DACs, op-amps, buffers, and switching elements.
  • Develop and verify high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR3/4, AXI, JESD204B/C, and USB/Ethernet/HDMI.
  • Integrate embedded processors (e.g., Zynq Ultrascale+ MPSoC, RFSoC, Cortex-A/R, MicroBlaze) and associated circuitry.
  • Lead firmware integration and oversee embedded development using microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M, PIC, AVR) in C/C++.
  • Manage complete PCB design cycle using tools like Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro/OrCAD, including schematic capture, layout, and DFM/DFT practices.
  • Perform Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) simulations and troubleshoot high-speed digital designs using tools like HyperLynx.
  • Drive prototypes bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation using oscilloscopes, logic analysers, spectrum/network analysers, etc.
  • Collaborate with software, FPGA, and mechanical design teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Participate in RTL/FPGA design and integration workflows (Verilog/VHDL/SystemVerilog) using Xilinx Vivado or Intel Quartus.
  • Lead design reviews, guide junior engineers, and ensure technical documentation and compliance standards are met.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Microelectronics.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in mixed-signal circuit design, including high-speed digital and precision analog systems.
  • Strong expertise in PCB design tools (Altium Designer, Cadence, Mentor Graphics) and simulation platforms.
  • Solid foundation in analog/mixed-signal design principles, system-level integration, and SI/PI analysis.
  • Ability to generate block-level specs and verify performance across power, timing, and area constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SPICE tools (HSPICE, LTspice, Spectre) for analog simulations.
  • Knowledge of DFM, DFT, and advanced packaging technologies.
  • Familiarity with digital design verification tools (ModelSim, QuestaSim, VCS, etc.).
  • Experience with SoC architecture, and hands-on RTL coding for FPGA-based systems.
  • Deep knowledge of PHY-level analog design: TX/RX chains, DLLs, phase interpolators, reference generators, etc.
  • Hands-on lab experience in mixed-signal system validation and bring-up.
  • Participation in defining and refining design methodologies and workflows

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled RTL Software Engineer with hands-on experience in FPGA design, RTL coding, and digital signal processing. In this role, you will design, implement, simulate, and test high-performance signal processing systems on FPGA platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of hardware and software. This position demands strong technical acumen in Verilog/VHDL, hardware debugging, and a solid understanding of DSP, RF systems, and high-speed interfaces. Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, simulate, and test signal processing algorithms using Verilog/VHDL

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Field Sales Engineer to support our B2G (Business-to-Government) sales processes. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for lead generation, technical engagement, relationship management, and sales closure. You will spend significant time interacting directly with clients at their sites, playing a critical role in identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and supporting proposals and bids.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase tailored technical solutions.
  • Generate new business leads through networking, industry events, and market research.
  • Gather and document technical and functional requirements from customers.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations.
  • Manage the sales process by following up on proposals, coordinating meetings, and supporting sales closure strategies.

  • 3–5 years of experience in the Defence sector, preferably in Radar, EW systems, and working with DRDOs, ISRO, and DPSUs.
  • Strong understanding of RF systems, sub-systems, signal processing, and FPGA programming.
  • Familiarity with test and measurement equipment like Signal Generators, Analysers, and Network Analysers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including competitor and market analysis.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations across India and abroad.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales management platforms.
  • A technical mindset with the ability to bridge engineering and customer requirements.
