- The competition is open only to the residents of India.
- Constelli reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- Constelli’s decision with respect to all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Constelli may interview the entrant to verify genuineness.
- The winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. The winner’s name may be posted on our website or social media platforms.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Constelli’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
